  • Research: perform a competitive analysis of what other companies are doing and decide best practices

  • Goal: Show the flow from the PDP level to checkout

UX Requirements

  • Addition of a pickup option on product description page.

  • Pick Up At Store Dialogue Box for customer to select where they are picking up their purchase.

  • Checkout Experience

    • ​Checkout experience for a BOPIS order

    • ​ Checkout experience for a split purchase of BOPIS and regular ship item.

A new dialogue box had to be created for customers to locate stores where they could pick up their piece.
